2011 In My Own Words

Hey guys! So I know I didn't post anything in ages but I'm back now! So yeah this post is about how I think 2011 went for me... It's one of the greatest yet accomplishing years to date. This year I've truely found out what I want to do in my life. Yeah I've always wanted to be a Journalist but this year I went deep and found out I want to be an editor, correspondent, TV broadcaster etc. 5 years ago I used to be the most shy person you would of ever met but now I've noticed that I've grown so much as a person and I'm not that shy girl anymore. I don't know what changed me, I guess I've just realised that being shy, being unknown, being under-valued and not having a big enough voice for people to hear and understand you won't get you far in life AT ALL. You have to be tough and know what you want and be classy whilst doing it. Why is it that so simple but yet people don't do it? That's also something I've learnt this year, to aspire to inspire because you know there's nothing better than making somone feel good about themselves and to let them know what they're worth if they've forgotten... I'm blabbing on way too much LOL. But y'all better know this is what I'm feeling right now and it's all the truth!

My Accomplishes In 2011

- Going Dubai for 2 months and checking out the coolest places!

- Doing my very first Journalism stunt at the Global Eid Extravaganza 2011!

- Getting my braces off after a year and half of full on pain... Feels amazing now!
- Seeing Justin Bieber, Willow Smith, Jaden Smith and Bluey Robinson on my birthday! 
- Starting to be a pro on my make up, getting there but forever a MAC gir! ;) 
- Launching my very first blog! Woohoo! Loving it! 
- Making amazing new friends!
- Getting amazing grades last Summer which is one step closer to achieving my dreams!
- Getting tweets from a few celebrities, oh yeah. ;) 

But what really matters is what you've learnt mentally, as I said I've grown and learnt a lot, hopefully 2012 is going to be a bigger and better year for me. And did you know I get emotional on New Years? Yup, sadly that's pathetically true. I get emotional because another year is over and I'm still alive and healthy and my family and friends are all alive and well, don't know what I'd do without them!

A Little Thank You Message!

Hey everyone! Hope you're having a fantastic week! Just wanted to say a very BIG thank you to each and every one of you that has been giving me feedback on how much you're enjoying my blog! I really don't have a purpose for it because I'm not famous, I really don't have an interesting life so I just post things that are interesting to me, like I said on my blog description up on top I just blog my opinions on anything and everything! I discuss mostly about things that are in the media currently but not ALWAYS celebrity based! You've probably noticed that I love the Kardashian clan but trust me, not ALL my posts are going to be about them. But overall I'm so close to 1,000 views already and the reasons why I love this site is because I can see who's viewing from different countries which is SO DAMN COOL! I see you guys! Fun Day With Amooli!

 

Hi dolls! So since last Thursday I've been in London with my family up to Sunday, it was really fun! I always have the best time with my family, they're all amazing in their own way AND hilarious! Here's a few photos of me hanging out with one of my best cousins Amooli! We went shopping in Brent Cross and had Nandos there, it was freakin' fantastic! 

So excited to go back to London during the Xmas holidays!

Happy News From Kourtney Dash!

I'm so happy for Kourtney and Scott expecting their next new baby! I love little baby Mason, he's so cute and it's so nice how he's going to get a cute little brother/sister. I bet their family are over the moon, hope she televises her pregnancy like she did with Mason, I thought it was so cute. Hope for Kourt that this time she gets a cute baby girl! But I don't get why she won't marry Scott? She should make it happen! 

I'm loving Kourt and Kim's new season of Take New York, already it's looking like it's going to be better than the last season's run. I'm so excited for the next episode!

No More Kim and Kris!

Wait a second guys... Let me back it up here... WHAT THE HECK?! KIM AND KRIS ALREADY FILED FOR DIVORCE?! You guys just don't get how excited I was for this couple. I mean, stupidly I thought they were going to be the next Khloe & Lamar Odom, the next Bruce & Kris Jenner but nope, they just had to split up didn't they?! And you know the most craziest stories I'm hearing from the Media? Well the dumbest one is this: the whole reason they broke up is apparently when Kris told Kim that she got a fat ass. *PAUSE* Umm... Kim... You DO have a fat ass girl! If that was the actual reason then boy, what is the world coming to?! Honest question. If these days people be gettin' divorced all cause of their other half be sayin' something they're insecure about, we're all screwed. Oh please, Kim makes MONEY out of her big butt, if anything she should be happy people be recognizing!! 

I love her and all, I think she's amazing but if that IS the real reason why they're divorced that's not true love, that's FAKE love. All for publicity and all my respect for her would of gone down the drain. I'm still shocked they're not together anymore. I wonder a few years down the line, who will they marry instead? Bet you a million smackers Kim will go back to Ray J! I mean, did you see how he was trippin' on Twitter? He was postin' tweets out how he wanted everyone to chill out and not be mad at Kim getting married to someone else sayin' he's cool with it, it's like, who was sayin' that to you dude anyway?! No one was, he was tryin' to get attention!

Laith's Drawings!

Hey guys! Not posted in a while so thought I'd start a new post of something really cool... Laith's drawings! So I guess most of y'all arn't familiar with Laith Hakeem, he's a guy from Toronto, mostly famous for his looks (as you can obviously tell) BUT aside from his good looks, he is probably the most AMAZING artist I have ever seen in my 17 years of living on planet Earth! You see that Aaliyah drawing up there? Yeah well he drew that... I know, I'm gob-smacked too! I mean like seriously?! Didn't think it was humanly possible to draw something like that! He's like on the same level as Leonardo da Vinci or better if that! I can't get over how realistic that Aaliyah drawing is, it looks like an a actual photo!

I'm not even into Art! I can't draw to save my freakin' life but if someone could draw like that, they're so freaking talented. Laith is so dope! I WISH I would draw like that. He's so talented! I'm sure he'll go far with this amazing talent.

So Much Fun At ILWP!

Hey dolls! Hope you're all having an amazing week! I'm really ill in bed right now so I thought I'd put up these amazing photos of the Ice Land Water Park where me and whole family went to when we was on holiday in Dubai last Summer! It was my first time going to a water park and boy did I fun?! HECK YEAH! Me and my family went early in the morning around 9am and came back nearly 10pm and we didn't get to finish going on all the crazy rides that's how BIG the theme park was! My parents (especially my mum) enjoyed themselves, so did the kids and my auntie and uncle!

My crazy uncle forced me to to go on Mount Boomerang which was one of the highest water rides there and you know me (the biggest scaredy cat and cry baby of the family) refused to go on it but my family pressured me into going so I thought well, you haven't lived if you haven't tried it, right? So I did and God help me, that was the scariest ride I've ever been on! I couldn't breathe! Definately not for people who have asthma or heart problems, I cried after going on it. No, not because I was upset about going on it, but because I was happy I was still alive! 

If you ever go to Dubai for a holiday, definately go to ILWP for a fun day out and go with a bunch of people, it'll be more the fun! You will love it so much! I have many more memories I will cherish forever! One of the sickest highlights of my 2 month holiday in the Emirates!
